Cloverdale introduces new meat prooducts
Cloverdale has developed two new products: Russell’s Reserve St. Louis Style Pork Spareribs and Russell’s Reserve Baby Back Pork Ribs.
“We are incredibly excited to be launching the Russell’s Reserve ribs,” said Scott Russell, chief strategy officer at Cloverdale. “With the taste, quality and convenience, this product is exceptional while still offering significant value to the consumer.”
More than a year of development was dedicated to creating the authentic naturally hickory smoked, fully cooked ribs. Russell’s Reserve St. Louis Style Pork Spareribs and Baby Back Pork Ribs offer convenience with restaurant quality. A separate barbecue sauce packet is also included in each package giving consumers the choice of applying the sauce provided or adding their favorite sauce.
“With most fully cooked ribs offered in stores, the pre-sauced application is used to increase shelf life,” said Russell. “Unfortunately, it also limits the consumers’ eating experience. We met this challenge in creating our Russell’s Reserve fully cooked ribs and many of us at Cloverdale truly believe this may be the best tasting product we have ever made.”
Russell’s Reserve fully cooked ribs are available in stores. Samplings will also be taking place throughout the summer.
