Offender employed in Mandan
The Mandan Police Department has announced that Juan Antonio Muniz Jr., 34, who is listed as a moderate level offender, is employed in the city of Mandan.
Muniz Jr. is 5′5″ and 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He lives in Fort Yates.
Muniz Jr. was convicted on Nov. 17, 1997, in Kandiyohi County, Minn., for criminal sexual conduct. The victim in the case was a 15-year-old female. As a result of his conviction, he must register as a sexual offender until July 15, 2027.
Muniz Jr. is not wanted by law enforcement at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. This notification is not intended to increase fear in the community. It is the belief of the Mandan Police Department that an informed public is a safer public.
