Mattheis honored at VCSU
Theresa Judy Mattheis, Flasher, was named to the President’s Roll of Honor at Valley City State University for the 2009 fall semester.
The President’s Roll of Honor recognizes students who complete 12 semester hours or more with a grade point average of 4.0.
