Starion promotes employees
Starion Financial has promoted Lindsey Matter to mortgage banking officer at its branch at 109 First St. N.W.
Matter will help customers identify suitable mortgage and consumer loans to meet their needs, guide them through the qualifying process and provide customer service thereafter. As a mortgage banking officer, she can also help customers find the best home for their budget.
Matter has worked five years at Starion Financial as a personal banker, most recently at the branch on North Washington Street in Bismarck. She received her bachelor’s degree from Dickinson State University and two associate degrees from Bismarck State College.
Matter currently resides in her hometown, Bismarck, with her husband, Adam.
Starion also promoted Kelsey Richter to loan operations specialist at its Mandan location.
Richter will be responsible for loan processing, including monitoring and recordkeeping of open loans. She will prepare loan documentation and provide other customer support in the loan center.
She joined Starion Financial as a teller in February 2009 and most recently was based in the Mandan bank. She has previous retail experience.
Richter earned bachelor’s degrees in business administration and finance from the University of Mary. She lives in Bismarck.
