The Morton County 4-H Clubs were recently recognized during the Jan. 10 Dakota Wizards home basketball game verses the Sioux Falls Skyforce.
4-H Members participated in a variety of events throughout the game and created a fan tunnel to hi-five their favorite players as the Wizards team took the floor during half-time. During halftime, 4-H members were recognized for their achievements throughout the year, as award recipients from 2009 were announced over the public address system.
Sixty 4-H members and their families attended the afternoon event. The day concluded with a photo opportunity with Renaldo Major, Wizards forward and fan favorite.
For more information about 4-H programs, call your County Extension office or visit the Center for 4-H Youth Development website at ndsu.edu/4h.
