Mandan FFA attends Winter Leadership Conferences

On Jan. 9 and 10 the Mandan FFA Chapter attended the Winter Leadership Conferences at the Ramkota Hotel in Bismarck. These conferences help build leaders for tomorrow’s business world. There are three conferences which include Greenhand for freshman, Made for Excellence for sophomores and Advanced Leadership Conference for juniors and seniors. The two-day conference consisted of four sessions on Saturday with a banquet and dance that evening. There were three sessions on Sunday that wrapped up the conferences.
Attending Greenhand were Todd Keller, Shelby Hansen, David Payne, Daniel Peterson, Renae Tokach, Callen Clarys, Jacob Faehnrich and Sarah Fischer. Made For Excellence participants were Keela Burt, Brandi Boehm, O’Kaiden Straabe, Tammy Mesich and Jared Schmidt. The Advanced Leadership Development participants completed their highest level of leadership development. Participants were Mike Bahm, Ashlee Laubner, Kenny Bahm, Jake Weinberger, Tabitha Mesich and Melissa Baker.
