Local angus breeders recognized in national report
Several area angus breeders have been recognized nationally by the American Angus Association for having registered Angus bull included in the Association’s 2010 Pathfinder Report.
Those from this area, followed by their hometown and the number of bulls or cows that were registered, are: Schaffs Angus Valley, Saint Anthony, eight Angus bulls; Dockter’s W-Heart Ranch, Mandan, one Angus bull; Diamond J Angus Ranch, Mandan, two Angus bulls; Richard and Jamie Fast, New Salem, three registered Angus cows; Carl F. Miller, Saint Anthony, 11 Angus cows; Opp Bros Angus, Hebron, five Angus cows; Joel Opp, Hebron, three Angus cows; Melanie Opp, Hebron, four Angus cows; Martin and Angie Schaff, Saint Anthony, 12 Angus cows; Schaffs Angus Valley, Saint Anthony, 34 Angus cows; Strommen Ranch, Fort Rice, five Angus cows; Amy Tokach, Saint Anthony, one Angus cow; Brad Tokach, Saint Anthony, nine Angus cows; Benjamin Richard Tokach, Saint Anthony, one Angus cow; Cody Alan Tokach, Saint Anthony, one Angus cow; Richard C.
