Offender moves into Mandan
The Mandan Police Department announced that Ellery Agard, a registered sex offender, has moved into 103 Second Ave. N.W. No. 3 in Mandan.
Agard, 28, id 6’1″ and 175 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He is listed as a high risk offender.
Agard was convicted of abusive sexual contact with a minor in United States Federal Court on June 5, 2007. The victim was a 15-year-old female. As a result of the conviction, Agard is required to register for the remainder of his life.
Agard is not wanted by law enforcement at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. This notification is not intended to increase fear in the community. It is the belief of the Mandan Police Department that an informed public is a safer public.
