Winking and Kuester plan to wed
Brittany Kuester and Zachary Winking
Richard and Barb Winking of Mandan announce the engagement of their son, Airman Zachary Winking, to Brittany Kuester, daughter of Todd and Terry Kuester, of Bismarck.
Winking is a member of the Unites States Navy and Kuester is a sophomore at the University of Mary studying elementary education. An Aug. 14 wedding is being planned.
