Representatives of Three Farm Credit organizations, Farm Credit Services of Mandan, Farm Credit Services of N.D. in Minot and AgCountry Farm Credit Services recently presented $25,000 to the North Dakota 4-H Foundation.

The North Dakota 4-H Foundation is undertaking a $1.9 million capital campaign, “Shape a New Destiny,” to raise funds to renovate and expand the facilities at Western 4-H Camp near Washburn. This camp is the only 4-H-owned camp in North Dakota and provides a 4-H camping opportunity to all youth (4-H membership is not a requirement).

“We continue to support annual 4-H programs throughout our territory but felt this was a special request that deserved additional funds to provide our youth a quality educational experience,” said Mike O’Keeffe, CEO, Farm Credit Services of Mandan.
