Mandan FFA competes in Napoleon

The Mandan FFA Chapter competed in Napoleon’s Winter CDE competition this on Saturday, Feb. 2. There were three different areas that members participated in including Ag Sales, Crops Judging-Agronomy and Livestock Judging.

The results for the FFA teams are as follows – the Ag Sales team took home a silver award, the Livestock Judging team won the bronze award and the Agronomy team also received a bronze.

Individual results for Livestock include Patrick Johnson and Shandra Getzlaff placing with a bronze and Cody Wald taking a silver. In Agronomy, Tanner Gress took home a gold award, Vanessa Gross received a silver and both Adaer Halverson and Casey Tangen placed with a bronze. In the Ag Sales competition, Sydni Schmidt and Stacia Hopfauf took home gold awards, and Cole Garman and Brady Schock placed in the bronze category. This was the first competition of the winter competition season for the Mandan FFA.
