Bartlett & West hires five

The following Mandan residents have been recently hired by Bartlett & West, Inc. of Bismarck:

Bob Gnirk joins Bartlett & West as the newest engineering manager in the Regional Water & Energy Division. He has a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, and previously worked at MDU Resources as a project manager.

Tim Penfield joins the Regional Water & Energy Division as a lead GIS analyst. He previously worked for Morton County as the GIS coordinator. Penfield graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College with a bachelors degree in geography.

Korby Seward has joined the Public Works Division as an engineer. He recently graduated from North Dakota State University with a bachelors in civil engineering. Seward previously worked for the City of Fargo as a surveyor.

Greg Feser joined Bartlett & West as a senior project manager in the Regional Water & Energy Division. He previously worked for Swenson, Hagen & Co. as a project manager, and has a bachelors in civil engineering from North Dakota State University.

Holly Garza has joined the Regional Water & Energy Division as a survey crew chief in Williston. Prior to joining Bartlett & West, she worked for Interstate Engineering, Inc. as a surveyor and drafter. Garza has an associate degree in engineering and surveying technology from North Dakota State College of Science.
