Ditch Witch named top ten member

The Charles Machine Works Inc., manufacturer of Ditch Witch underground construction products, awarded Ditch Witch of North Dakota, with locations in Mandan and West Fargo, with its highest dealership honor, Crescent Club Top Ten membership.
