Four hired by Bartlett & West

Bartlett & West, Inc. of Bismarck has recently hired the following Mandan residents:

Harvey Aberle has joined the Bismarck office as a Right of Way technician in the Rural-Regional Water Division. He previously worked at Mid-Dakota Rural Water as the operations manager. Aberle attended Southwest State University and is married to Chris.

Brandon Cermak has come on board as a Right of Way technician in the Rural-Regional Water Division. He attended Bismarck State College where he received an associate degree in commercial art. Cermak previously worked at OT Office & Technology as a territory manager.

Antonio Rosas has joined Bartlett & West as a survey technician in the Public Works Division. Prior to joining the Bismarck office, he worked for Truss Systems, Inc. as a roof truss assembler.

Manking Lee has joined the Public Works Division as a senior survey technician. He previously worked at Ulteig Engineers doing surveying. Lee has a B.S. in land mapping and surveying from St. Cloud State University as well as an associate in civil engineering technology from Southwest Technical Institute.

Gwen Jackel joins as a senior GIS technician in the Regional Water & Energy Division. She previously worked for Beaver Creek Archaeology as an Archeologistand GIS Technician. Jackel earned a bachelor’s in American studies from St. Cloud State University as well as a masters in anthropology from the University of Wisconsin.
