Checkpoint on 1806 results in one arrest
The North Dakota Highway Patrol, in conjunction with the Morton County Sheriff’s Department, conducted a Sobriety Checkpoint on Highway 1806 south of Mandan on June 8, from 8 to 10 p.m.
In total, 505 vehicles passed through the checkpoint. Thirteen drivers were checked for alcohol and drug impairment with one arrest made.
During the June 7 and 8 Saturation Patrol, one driver was arrested for Driving a Motor Vehicle while under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs.
