Morton County Fair spirit dampened with power outage
The Morton County Fairboard would like to express sincere regret for any inconvenience the power outage caused on Saturday, during the fair. We know that it caused delays in the rodeo, the livestock shows and the power pull, entertainment and closing down the trade show area. The main line that was down on the grounds was fixed in the early evening on Saturday. Please mark your calendars for the 2015 Morton County Fair, July 30 -Aug. 2.
Thank you to all of the exhibitors, booth exhibitors, 4-H parents, youth and leaders who helped make the 2014 county fair a success. The fair takes many hours of the board’s volunteer time to prepare for it. Thank you to all of our Fairboard volunteers. Please watch our website and our Facebook page for upcoming details on the 2015 fair. We will be booking our entertainment very soon.
