I'm glad to see these buildings are going to be preserved. As to the cars you plan to purchase and paint and anything else connected with the buildings, I would suggest a place to start would be the Northern Pacific Railway Historical Society at www.nprha.org/ Click on Research Library then click on Links to all Site Databases and Lists. You can, or should also, click on Contact Us. There is a veritible weath of NP information at this site and several folks that can be of great assistance to your project. Good luck.

Glad I provided you with a strong example of my curiosity. The victim of the pencil stabbing is now an architect in a large city. She was a good friend at the time and somehow remains a friend to this day.

Dan,

Still written it good...Hope you and the little woman have a great christmas...The lord just allowed me one kid. I don't know how I would handle any more...but I do know that I am thankful for the one I have.
Every once in a while she shares an experience that obviosly came from the Maher side and I flinch a little.

Hope you are doing well...I still consider Mandan my home and will be spending more time there one of these days. I am working as the "At Risk Counselor" and some of the kids are at risk too, about twenty steps from the actual epi center of the San Andres fault, forty miles south of Indio Ca. out there along the Salton Sea and pure desert.

Went to the movie 2112 which sharpened my senses of impending disaster.. going to a Lakers game tomorow with my nephew James. Driving through L.A. is a new way of spending Christmas day..

I go to a little church group where I am the only white guy. I am reminded daily the God is there and he isnt limited by the laws of earth. He has saved my life at least twice, of course not counting trips and occasions sponsored by the Irish "go juice".

Am flying to Fargo Monday to see the kid and grandkid. Hope to get to Mandan to see Ken Lamont, even though I wont have much time...Strange as it may seem I think of you guys from time to time, some times I shake my head but everytime I am smiling.

Merry Christmas
