Law Eenforcement April 15 session completes ‘More About Mandan Mondays’

The Mandan Tomorrow – Leadership, Pride and Image Committee is hosting its fourth and final “More About Mandan Monday” community educational session for the spring on Monday, April 15. Mandan Police Chief Dennis Bullinger and Deputy Chief Paul Leingang will give participants a glimpse behind the badge with a discussion about daily challenges faced by local officers and future department needs to keep pace with community growth.

Bullinger and Leingang will report on 2012 crime statistics and various aspects of law enforcement including criminal investigations, drug enforcement, school and youth safety and traffic enforcement. Mayor Arlyn Van Beek will be on hand to provide additional perspective as the member of the Mandan City Commission responsible for the public safety portfolio. Participants will have ample opportunity to ask questions.
