Construction projects around town
A Cenex gas station is being constructed at 4426 Memorial Highway in Mandan. The store is owned by Feland Marshall & Lavryl. The project costs are estimated at $946,629.
Construction can be seen for another gas station and convenience store at 2701 46th Ave. SE in Mandan with production costs estimated at $2.5 million. The owners of the c-store are Gas U Up LLC, and have a December completion date.
Two apartment buildings with 54 total units and a garage for the tenants is under construction at 2500 46th Ave. SE. The owners of this building are HMH Properties LLC and value the project at $4 million.
Townhouses and single-family homes are popping up around Mandan. For example, McKenzie Drive is being lengthened to accommodate for future townhouses and single-family homes.
Examples of single-family homes in the area are under construction along 39th Ave. SE. The company constructing the homes is Easy Living LLC of Mandan and will feature 19 new lots.
A new edition from Red Door Homes is under construction in Mandan at 4200 McKenzie Dr. SE, called Lakewood Homes. This is an extension of Lakewood Village and features homes starting at $204,990 with built in security systems and whole house audio, as well as, snow and lawn care.
The Rivertree Inn on Memorial Highway was established in 1999, but is in the process of being torn down to make way for a 40,000 square-foot shopping center. The new building will feature up to 20 retail stores including space for a food court and commercial or business space. Randy Rhone is taking on the construction. Kyle Holwagner of Daniel Companies is handling the leasing and is talking with “unique” restaurants and retail outlets not available in Bismarck.
