After a severe storm on Saturday, July 5, Morton County Parks and Rec maintenance crews were out cleaning up the damage caused at Graner Park, as well as other areas in Morton County. While a few other parks in the county had some damage, Graner Park took much of the brunt. Spending much of July 7 and 8 clearing the debris from fallen trees, as well as glass and other objects caused by damaged vehicles, Morton County crews were able to get the park cleaned up. With a bit of additional help from the “Friends of Graner Park” community group, who went out on Tuesday night to help with the effort, the park was largely back to its previous state.
