Offender now living in Mandan

Blaine Woodard

 

The Mandan Police Department has announced that Blaine Woodard, a registered sex offender, has moved into Mandan.

Woodard, 39, is residing at 4631 Memorial Hwy No. 33 in Mandan. He is 6’2″ and 230 pounds, with brown-gray hair and hazel eyes.

Woodard was convicted of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and attempted sexual assault of a child in Jefferson County Court, Colorado, on February 2005. His victims were a 15-year-old female for the contributing and a 12-year-old female for the attempted sexual assault. As a result of that conviction, Woodard is required to register as an offender. He has not been assigned a risk level at this time.

Woodard is not wanted by law enforcement at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. This notification is not intended to increase fear in the community. It is the belief of the Mandan Police Department that an informed public is a safer public.
