Offenders living, employed in Mandan
The Mandan Police Department has announced that Adrian Thompson and Joseph Matuska, registered sex offenders, are living and employed in Mandan.
Thompson, 20, is living at 109 Sixth St. N.E. in Mandan. He is 6’2″ and 205 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.
Thompson was convicted of two counts of molestation in the first degree in August 2005 in Benton County, Washington. His victims were 7- and 8-year-old females. As a result of the convictions, Thompson is required to register as an offender, but has not been assigned a risk level at this time.
Matuska, 19, is listed by the department as a moderate level offender. He is 5’9″ and 129 pounds, with red hair and blue eyes. Matuska is employed at 707 Fifth Ave. N.W in Mandan, and living at 1414 S. Third St. in Bismarck.
Matuska was convicted of gross sexual imposition in November 2006 in Burleigh County. The victim was a 7-year-old female. As a result of the conviction, Matuska is required to register as an offender.
Neither individuals are not wanted by law enforcement at this time and have served their sentences imposed by the court. This notification is not intended to increase fear in the community. It is the belief of the Mandan Police Department that an informed public is a safer public.
