Two offenders currently living in Mandan

The Mandan Police Department has announced that two registered sex offenders, Jordan Eagle and Tyrie Gardner, are living in Mandan.

Eagle, 29, is living at Centre, Inc., located at 100 Sixth Ave. S.E. He is also working at 2201 Third St. S.E. Eagle, who is listed by the department as a high level offender, is 5’6″ and 175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Eagle was convicted of sexual abuse in Federal Court on May 22, 2006. His victim was an adult female.

Gardner, 20, is also living at Centre, Inc. He is 5’9″ and 165 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.

In 2012, Gardner was convicted of gross sexual imposition in Burleigh County. His victim was a 13 year old female. As a result of this conviction, Gardner is required to register as a sex offender. His risk level has not yet been assigned.

These individuals are not wanted by law enforcement at this time and have served their sentences imposed by the court. This notification is not intended to increase fear in the community. It is the belief of the Mandan Police Department that an informed public is a safer public.
