Police looking for offender

The Mandan Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a registered offender who has absconded, says Mandan Police Department Lieutenant Lori Flaten.

Donald James Miller is required to register as an offender against children. He was convicted of child abuse and neglect in 2011. The victims were his children.

Miller last provided both home and work addresses in Mandan. When officers conducted a verification check, it was found Miller no longer lived or worked at the addresses provided. Miller is described as 5’10” and 240 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes. Miller may be employed doing electrical-related work.
