WinterDaze brings the fun indoors

It’s a new month, a new year and just about time for an old favorite: the Mandan Park District’s WinterDaze.

Also on Friday, Jan. 3, children in kindergarten through fifth grade may get sheets for the WinterDaze Coloring Contest at schools or print them online at They must be returned to the schools or Park District offices by Wednesday, Jan. 15. Prizes include swim or skating passes or a six-month youth pool membership. Winners’ work will be displayed at the WinterDaze Movie Night on Friday, Jan. 17.

The Women’s Volleyball Tournament will be held on Saturday, Jan. 11, at times and places to be determined once registrations are received (check or the district’s Facebook page).
